Look to have another late boomer in Al Asifah trained by Gosden
Baaeed didn’t start racing until 3 y/o and Al Asifah looked extremely talented today
I remember Richard Hills saying they look after them on debut when he was riding for the ownership
Is there a owner with more patience ??Charles Darwin to conquer the World
June 11, 2023 at 17:28 #1651247Didn’t beat a whole lot on her first start but there was some high 90s rated horses she has dismantled with the minimum of effort today, the change of gear was striking even though she was barely asked a question.
I could well see her as being a candidate for the Irish Oaks towards the end of next month and possibly the Yorkshire Oaks after although I do wonder how she might cope with much slower ground as she seems to have a real fast ground action and both runs have been on good to firm.
June 13, 2023 at 10:21 #1651365Syndicator who races in Australia has really hit the mark finding the right Shadwell cast offs .
Targets maiden or 1 win horses at Tatts HIT. They have found some good ones from Shadwells French stables . Over half the 20 or so they have brought from Tatts last 6 or so years ex Shadwell . They send them to Chris Waller , he runs them through the grades , midweek City and provincials picking up money , into Saturday City and big money every race . Gets too hard in Sydney they go up to Queensland to cash in some more in easier races .
Alward almost got into Melbourne Cup few years back , Al Aabir ex Gosden yard maiden last season has now won 5 since August 2022 and about 150k in UK money . Out for a spell now and plenty more to come .
Even a horse like Sayl , they have onsold and is earning a bit up in Toowomba . - AuthorPosts
