May 30, 2015 at 14:32 #1087344One winner for me Jac. Peacock NAP at evens.
I’ve only just noticed I’m up against you in the daylight cup, you’ve smashed it so far, hope you’ve had a few quid on, well done and a great NAP.
I managed to pop into William Hill at Torquay for an hour as Alex was busy with the b@b owner and his dogs and managed to find 7 winning singles and two winning doubles and no losers, they were all short ones and not much in the way of stakes but I walked out with over £100 profit……….Blackbeard to conquer the World
May 30, 2015 at 19:24 #1087486Just got home Nathan and it looks like we both bashed the bookies today, I had 4 winners at Newmarket with Shalaa, Peacock, Watersmeet, and Forgotten Voice in the last
I thought Watersmeet ran a really brave race to take on Dashing Star who looked like he was going to make all. Last time out Watersmeet was winning his race at Newmarket and ran across the course giving the race away, this time Joe Fanning kept him straight as a die. It was especially nice as the lad who cares for him has had him from a yearling and clearly thought the world of him. :)Don’t worry about me smashing you in the Daylight Nathan, if I have, as it’s the first one that I’ve won in 5 weeks so be expecting to say soon, still it was nice to get a couple up so hanging on by the fingernails.
Got some pictures of Peacock so will post them up here for you later, off to get something to eat now and I expect you are all glued to the footy tonight..
Back later and well done with Peacock Hughsie gave him the perfect ride.

Things turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...May 30, 2015 at 22:40 #1087798Thanks for those Jac.
Lovely horse, so he is, like his daddy, not so much in looks but in determination……Blackbeard to conquer the World
May 30, 2015 at 23:06 #1087805Glad you like them Nathan …just loading some of Watersmeet and I thought you might like to see Nissar 3rd in the first race Hannons 2yo by Dream Ahead, he will win just a little growing to do. The winner Shalaa is much more developed as you will see and worth putting in the notebook as this race was won by Peacock last year.
The lovely grey Watersmeet after winning at Newmarket today his lad was delighted….
1st race of the day 2yo Maiden (won last year by Peacock)
Shalaa parading..(winner)
Nissar 3rd to Shalaa today .. looking good and a sure fire winner although not developed fully.
Things turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...May 30, 2015 at 23:20 #1087809Watersmeet is beautifully coloured.
Shalaa ran in the maiden won by Birchwood on Lockinge day. Beaverbrook ran that day and won today aswell and Hannon’s Eltezam won on Thursday.I took a few photo’s myself of Shalaa and Eltezam.
I’m guessing this one is Shalaa as it looks like the same chap walking around with him. lol

May 30, 2015 at 23:46 #1087816Yes that’s him Nathan, good picture he’s a good looker by Invincible Spirit.
He didn’t run a race at all on Lockinge Day against Birchwood as he swerved right at the start and raced to keen after that, Frankie was very gentle on him. I think he is definitely one for the future especially as Beaverbrook and Eltezam have franked the form…watch out for Fang NTO as well he was 2nd to Shalaa today.
I’ll do the update tomorrow morning, better get some sleep but my head’s still full of horses…LOLThings turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...May 31, 2015 at 13:49 #1087963great pics Jac, thanks and really pleased you had a good day at Newmarket
May 31, 2015 at 14:10 #1087974Wonderful day Bob, thanks. There’s no place like HQ when the sun shines and you back a few winners.
I’m glad the picures came out so well I only have a little Nikon Coolpix but it does the job.
