TABARRAK just wasn’t himself yesterday and didn’t stand out in the paddock like he usually does. Richard Hannon was there too and I thought that a good sign.
LIMATO on the otherhand did stand out for the fact that he was so calm and cool, not an ounce of sweat on him on an extremely hot day and once again he showed his class on his favourite course. Henry Candy said he may go for the Lennox at Goodwood as one of his options but that 7 furlongs is his optimum distance.
There was talk at Newmarket that they are thinking of naming a race after him.
Had a great day 3 winners, 3 seconds and a wipeout…Well done to both yourself and Raymo for selecting the winner of the Northumberland Plate Who Dares Wins at 12/1..was hoping he was one of your 3 horses, he ran a blinder and that was a tricky race to find the winner.
