Was willing your horses on Bobby but sadly no winners this week, hope you backed your Nap each way 12/1 was a great price.
Enjoy your week in the starting stalls, it’s quiet in there except if the wind gets up.
JacThings turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...January 24, 2015 at 23:44 #502817I’ll keep trying to get out the stalls, but I did get compared to Mad Moose on Ten To Follow, so I might be there for some time

In that case hot water bottles and blankets on their way Hope the snow holds off

Walkon has been retired
So pleased that Alan King and connections could see that he wasn’t the force of old and giving him a chance to enjoy a happy retirement.
Must have been a change of mind about retiring him after the National Vtc but glad they have done it now.

If he was mine, I wouldn’t have entered him in the National in the first place as he clearly doesn’t stays.
The 3 mile chase he came 4th in to qualify for last year’s National had only six runners and two of those didn’t finish, meaning he only had to cross the line in his own time to qualify, which is what he did.
