Harry fry has confirmed that he will be using a group of jockeys for the coming season , what is it with Bowen ? , I really rate him yet he never seems to stay anywhere too long , nothing against the boys in the yard but surely Bowen is better than them
July 10, 2022 at 14:02 #1606414Fair play to Bowen in the first race at Perth today. Riding a 4/11 chance trained by Elliot, it looked to be going nowhere halfway down the back straight. He was a long way behind the leader and you could almost have forgiven him for giving up.
Maybe the leader has got very tired but he was not completely stopping either. It was great persistence by Bowen to get the favourite home in front.
July 10, 2022 at 14:12 #1606417The word’s out now, but for some time Sean Bowen has been one of the most underrated Jump jockeys holding a licence.
