Manshood is in great form this year, and represents a yard who’re never far away in races like this, while the step away from 5 Furlongs can only be of a benefit for the very likeable Smash Williams.
I really liked Brick By Brick for The Rockingham, but he was a late Non Runner. Think he’s on the way back, and happy to chance 16’s.
Harder to make a case for is Mr Scarlet. I’ve been waiting him out for some time now, and though this looks tough, I have to cover him on his Handicap Debut. He should have some wins in him, and I’d love to see him round Galway.
If either of them are pulled, I’ll probably just add the other pair.
