OK, rory.
Point (if a very fine one) taken but I would like to draw your attention to :-
"I have no plans for the site. Once I disinvolve myself from it I will have no say whatsoever."

dvds2000 and Ardross, I think you will find that if you read the ‘TRF – The Future’ thread of July 14th., LRM does indeed ask for offers from people to take over the forum, agreed she doesn’t mention selling or giving the site away but I would suggest that they are the only options.

Sorry, what i meant by that was, that it was unclear if the forum is to be sold or if it would be given away free (or for a nominal sum), I wasn’t trying to imply Debbie may keep the site, as I thought she made that clear.

I am certainly not part of any clique-I just post the same kind of stuff that is posted here.<br>The question is do you want this place to fade away or be revitalized.
There is a fair cross-membership which contradicts your point.Also both places had their genesis in the old ch4 forum.
You can shop at Waitrose and Sainsburys but wouldnt want to see one merged with the other
