In the interviews with the media Zelensky had an interpreter. He should have had one when he met Trump and Vance. It would have given him more time to formulate an answer. Just imagine Trump speaking in a second language given that he’s never managed it with his first.

You had me laughing at that Moe. You are absolutely right, an interpreter perhaps would have
given Zelensky a few minute to gather his thoughts before responding. It could maybe have taken
the heat out of the situation.I see that Zelensky has changed his tune now he knows Trump is not bluffing. The European leaders put on a show for the cameras on Sunday but I suspect behind the scenes they were not happy with Zelensky and told him he is finished without American support.

The only way out of this war is Zelensky gives up some territory. He can then argue he has saved most of Ukraine while Putin can claim victory.
A fight to the death will mean the war goes on forever and many more lives will be lost.
We are living in a world that is in the land of the fairies. We have Trump claiming the Nobel Peace Prize when all he does is start wars. We all know that Trump is evil and only thinks about himself.
As for the Iraq war this will only end when the USA has completely destroyed that country as they did with Iran. Alternatively there will be a cease fire when the US stock market collapses in style and the billionaires intervene.
As for the World Cup, I doubt it will go ahead. You cannot run a World Cup in a country at war.
