One of the top 3 performances over this Festive period so far. Running off 140 and winning that easy on the bridle really impressed me. He seems to handle softish ground very well and I wonder if he might be a National horse one day (or maybe already is). What is his Cheltenham target, anyway? It can only be the Ultima….
A return to Haydock would be the best play IMO, the Peter Marsh or the Grand National Trial perhaps. Those soft fences would help to take pressure off his jumping (a few errors again today).
