I remember around Cheltenham we had a topic dedicated to our tip of the week at the festival.
Have had a quick scoot down the page and cannot see a created page so thought I would start it for Ascot. I am on holiday next week in Devon and will be watching the racing – but with no internet connection and just wondered peopl’s thoughts.
There will be some short price favourites next week and people can either go with those or something with a little value. Just one horse that they think will win or be placed at decend odds.
As far as my tip – I would go with Cockney Rebal.
I also really like the 10/11 offered by Hills for an Australian to win 1 of the two sprints but that is not a specific horse so have settled for Cockney rebel.<br>

June 15, 2007 at 14:30 #64859I reckon Cockney Rebel could get turned over. Excellent Art hasn’t shown what he’s capable of yet and provided Jamie "I can’t seem to ride coolmore horses" Spencer isn;t on board I give him a decent chance.
But my banker if she turns up – Mandesha.
June 15, 2007 at 14:32 #64861I think at the current odds, Dutch Art is a much better value bet than Cockney Rebel. I seem to be alone in this view, mind…

June 15, 2007 at 15:15 #64868You’resothrilling will be far better off in the Albany (looks the one to beat, though think Sweepstake will give her a race) than the Queen Mary. Inexperience obviously a factor but she didn’t go a yard over 5f on her debut.

You’resothrilling (Albany!)
