Carson was a massive disappointment to me.

He’d often been entertaining when interviewed in his career and I once phoned him for a newspaper feature and he was excellent to talk to.

The new team who took over CH4 racing thought was a “National Treasure” and would attract viewers to a minority channel,overlooking that she ruined BBC racing.
Needless to say she did the same to CH4 and jumped ship once the damage was done.
