    I’m sure I heard at the time that it was just one member of the syndicate that vetoed the sale and that they had all agreed beforehand that it would have to be a unanimous decision and not just majority.
    The term ‘Cold Shoulder’ comes to mind.

    How long does a syndicate of a horse race usually run? I’ve seen numerous horses at auctions being solved at the end of one year to dissolve a partnership. The question is, if the same applies to her, would you be willing to be involved for another year or would you sell her at the end of the year no matter what?

    I see Fellowes has hit some form , 16 winners since 1st Jan , five of them from 17th to 20th Sept, good effort 5 in three days .
