I have just heard that Dick Marshall has died. Apparently it was a week or two ago. I don’t get the RP so I missed any notification .
Dick was a lovely man and a fine jockey in his time. He suffered a nasty head injury after a horse fell down with him walking back from exercise. I think he later moved to Spain for a while but I hadn’t heard about him for some time.
Another good lad weighed in
