Soprano WILL win this – the surface, not her rivals, is the only conceivable danger.
Oh and a dose of the wrong medication.
The first rule of TRF 2yo fillies Fight Club is: “The Albany form is the best.”

It's the "Millwall FC" of Point broadcasts: "No One Likes Us - We Don't Care"July 25, 2023 at 17:23 #1656488Soprano out to 3/1 with the William Hill Organisation on their own.
Those boys up in Leeds have a pretty ruthless record for being top price an eventual non runner in these week-of-race ante-post markets, so I’ll wait for Thursday’s final decs and happily accept a shorter price if she stands her ground.

It's the "Millwall FC" of Point broadcasts: "No One Likes Us - We Don't Care"July 27, 2023 at 11:02 #165673411 declared – including Soprano, who runs today at Sandown Park (which I could get free tickets for but cba as the weather isn’t great).
Surely a NR in this, and the Soprano/Pretty Crystal related-contingency double beckons!

Dettori jocked up on the racecard
Hope the owner/trainer don’t have a fall out
horse could be sent to GingertipsterCharles Darwin to conquer the World
July 27, 2023 at 16:57 #1656783I would be somewhat surprised if she ran again so soon.
It’s never nice when people fall out.
That said, GT deserves to be sent more horses.
Or a horse.

They will surely not run her
Sandown to Ascot isn’t far though
I was a tad surprised they ran today over 7f when this race is 6f and over course and distance of her good Royal Ascot run. prize money better here although I’ve not checked that.
Perhaps they thought the Sandown race was more winnableCharles Darwin to conquer the World

July 29, 2023 at 14:52 #1657034Mike, what’s the thinking on backing a horse e/w at less than 5-1? Are you not better off putting the whole stake on as a cover bet or does the ew work out better?
