seconditis has struck again but another couple of good days should see you ok for the month dont give up you are still in profit over the year and you are probably doing better than most pro tipsters

Hi Trotter,<br>Just can’t get to that break even point,not too much damage done.June has been a bit disappointing,three days left.I,ll be pleased if I can clear the five points.Hopefully July will be more rewarding.Prices have been disappointing,there are reasons-eg withdrawn horses etc.<br>Probably using Betfair would  help.I’m never too sure when to take a price but I’m keeping a close watch.<br>Roll on tomorrow.In the great scheme of things"Pointers"is hopefully heading in the right direction but its an unpredictable game-fun though.:)

I think June has been a bit disappointing for a lot of systems. I monitor a lot and keep records (very sad) and I have to say yours has been one of the most successful. Too many people give up after a bad run, fortunately you have not.
The number of seconds is encouraging in the fact that you are selecting the right type of horse, in another month most of those would have won and you would be looking at a very tidy profit for the month.

FROM JANUARY TO END OF MAY YOU HAVE MADE 47.32 POINTS SO A SMALL LOSS THIS MONTH IS NOT THAT BAD I THINK SYSTEMS SHOULD BE LOOKED AT OVER A PERIOD OF AT LEAST 6 MONTHS AND SO FAR YOURS IS OUTSTANDING ESPECIALLY IN THE WINTER MONTHS I HOPE YOU KEEP THIS GOING AS IT IS INTERESTING AND PROFITABLE

Completely agree with you, I want to make about 75 pts a year from various betting mediums. Currently most of that is from the 5/4, however pointers looks even better.

Sometimes I can’t get to the web to check these selections and after reading the threads back to September, I still can’t work out the selections for myself.
Do you publish the rules on the forum? There seems to ahve been modifications as you have gone along.
Also, after the end of December I could not find a continous thread, therr seems to be a break until almost the end of Jan? Or have I gone stupid?

Well June was saved:) more or less.
I’m off for a pint now but one interesting point.In June there were 17 selections that showed a negative in Postdata indicated by an x when posting only one of these won at 2/1.Now that would have made a big difference.<br>Don’t know if the previous months will follow the same pattern but I will certainly be looking

Interesting about the x in postdata, one of my friends suggested to me that this might improve the system – sorry should have shared earlier :(
Congrates on saving the month, looking forward to july pointers, will be interesting to see the effects of postdata, I will look back at May and April as have saved these postdata details and let you know the results ( will have to be at the weekend).
