Too Soon? when do they give the odds? –has to be Rio!

I could say, why not?-but they have to build the stadium/s for the pan am games, 2, no latin american country has held the games? 3, the risk of terrorism at the other venues?– I know there is a lot of political crap! that goe’s on behind the scenes etc, it’s a hard one to call,–do hunches count?– your thoughts?
