Very sad indeed. Sympathies to connections.

As has been mentioned elsewhere there have been seven fatalities at the festival so far as well as Canavan at Huntingdon yesterday.

As well as Olaso we have lost:-

Hasn’t Sh Boom gone as well (overnight)?

Sh Boom’s death has been confirmed and we also lost Buck Whalley in the County Hurdle.

I heard a horse had died overnight but I didn’t know which one. Any idea how he died?

That was Sh Boom who had to put down after his injuries picked up in the World Hurdle were deemed too severe for him to be saved.
