Desperately sad news about Notlongtillmay being lost after breaking his shoulder in his last fence fall at Kempton. What a wonderful horse he was.
Condolences to his connections, and huge credit to Laura Morgan for paying tribute to him on ITV.
RIP Notlongtillmay

Terrible for the stable that just won the Pertemps Hurdle at Warwick 30 minutes earlier. He’ll be very difficult to replace.
May he rest in peace

January 13, 2024 at 14:54 #1677207Very brave decision for Laura Morgan to announce the sad news herself on live television that her stable star had been killed. Reminds me of my childhood favourite Grey Sombrero breaking a shoulder when falling at the Chair when pursuing Crisp in Red Rum’s first national win in 1973. Condolences to an up-and-coming trainer and her staff who must be devastated.
January 13, 2024 at 15:10 #1677213Very sad and Laura showed some real courage, never seen that before.
The more I know the less I understand.
