SUBLIST
MINCAMUS -258.50
It’s all change this week. First it’s sad news that Mincamus seemed to have been missing for quite a few weeks according to Rule 5 going to have to drop you from the main prize winning list, hope you’re okay Minacmus. EP you’re also on the limit.
Next a new leader in Dfward and TKF shoots up into 3rd. TKF also still shares the best forecast with Ray which was achieved in week one.
Some may notice a hashtag along side your score, this is just my way of keeping track of how many weeks you’ve missed. Should it exceed ten then according to rule 5 I have to drop you from the main list.
You've got to accentuate the positive.
Eliminate the negative.
Latch on to the affirmative.
Don't mess with mister in between.January 29, 2022 at 23:47 #1580567Hi Neil
I know I’m just a candidate for the wooden spoon but…I really don’t understand the scoring. It seems like you lose when you win.
Why did my minus score get bigger from around -752 to -773 when I had the 2nd horse today.
Please could we just have SP’s I can work those out. LOL
JacThings turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...January 29, 2022 at 23:58 #1580568Hi Jac, glad to answer you on that. A copy of your selections are :
Fusil Raffles .. Win
Storm Control .. EWReserve:
Grand SancyThat’s 50 points on Fusil Raffles and 50 points (25 EW on Storm Control) plus 1 point reverse forecast on the 2. Making a total of 102 points spent.
Your winnings from Storm Control 81.25 meaning a loss of 20.75 although I’d try to spin a positive thing on things.
Which means a smaller loss than most people.
You've got to accentuate the positive.
Eliminate the negative.
Latch on to the affirmative.
Don't mess with mister in between.January 30, 2022 at 00:05 #1580570Oh thanks Neil
I get it now I thought I had a straight £50 EW on Storm Control 9/1 which would have given me a profit of £40.
Completely didnt know that points were deducted for the forecast.I’ll have to print your answer off and keep it by my computer to remind me how to score.
Thanks for answering so quickly ..
