Write a blog about them if anyone fancies a read. https://absolutebeginnersblog.wordpress.com/
Tomorrow I like General Alexander (Doncaster) Anwar (Kempton) and Young John (Chelmsford)

Was very worried about General Alexander in the early stages looked like he needed every foot put down for him, so happy with third. Got a future that one I think!

Yeah, he just missed the gates slightly but ran well enough to suggest he’ll be winning soon.

I love the two-year old racing as well Emmylou. It’s very rare for me to actually back them first time out though.

I like to see them run once and then look for types who will improve next time. One of my favourite strategies is to get one with a run on the board and signs of promise, who is up against a first timer from one of the big name stables at shortish odds. To me there is value in these situations.

From the Brocklesby I would reckon First Bombardment is a ready made winner next time in a maiden.

    Good luck finding some winners.

Thanks for the good crack. Time for me to move on. Be lucky.

From your blog Emmy – ABOUT ‘I’m really boring’

    Really???

Boring’s good mind you as long as you don’t over do it.

Ample does have a nice pedigree but 5f could be sharp enough and your selection Lone Angel looks the bet at the odds.
    good luck..!!

Astley hall has more than made up for a frustrating race at Warwick. Drift was a nice surprise too!
