King Massini and Bincombe are very obviously two horses who may be progressing and could be very good, but they will have to be, handicapped to their highest levels yet.
I’m going to take a chance with Tim Easterby’s Tiptoeaway who looked quite decent a couple of years ago before injury kept him out for last season. He has had a couple of races in his comeback year, being pulled up in the first and running well for a good way before tiring into 7th last time out. He would be entitled to need those runs to get him right, and if Easterby has managed to do that, he is running off 5lbs lower than his last win 2 years ago.
It’s a risk, but at 20/1 I think it’s a risk worth taking e/w with PP who are offering 5 places.
