So close for Arecibo…. omg! Next time…….. maybe? I’m sure you had him E/Way which is good!

The big Punchestown festival is Tuesday 30th April – Saturday 4th May. Probably the last chance to score points in the TTF Comp.

I think we can start picking horses for the next Godolphin comp this Friday!

I’ve only gone for one horse today, it’s not a huge price at 100/30 but
I reckon it’s got a better chance than that. Apple Away is a horse I
fancied for the National Hunt Chase at the festival where she was right
up there with 2 to go until the 3m 6f found her out. Around this time last
year she ran up a treble and I think 3m on soft will see her tqke this

    3.25 Perth – Apple Away 100/30 Bet365

The Godolphin compy seems to have come round helluva fast Andre. Best of
luck in it, I’ll need to raise my game a bit to have any chance :mail:

Nice one with Apple Away coming home for you @ 100/30 Graham :yahoo: Went off 9/4 in the end so well fancied. :good:

Will be looking at a few from Sandown this week and report back later. :good:

Good news is that Louise will be going home on Tuesday :rose: We are so grateful to her care team who went above and beyond to get her back to good health after bring let down by her ‘Care providers’ stopping her medication last November without any alternative.

Roll on the new Godolphin competition we’ll all get our scores together at the beginning of each month to see how we are fairing. This time it’s trickier as you have to factor in those overseas campaigners it’s not all about the UK runners. ;-) Anyway looking forward to it.

    Take care..
    Jac  x

So happy to hear the news about Louise, Jac. :yahoo: I’m sure she will be so happy to be back home with Oscar & Wilson. I hope you get to the bottom of what went on with her “care” providers, stopping her medication.

How are things with you and Marjorie, Graham? Hope you’re both doing well.

The new Godolphin competition will be more of a challenge, with a wider range of horses to pick from.

The last official weekend of NH racing in England, with one more big meeting to come in Ireland next weekend. Quite a battle between Skelton and Mullins! A big week ahead for the TTF competition. I think I have seven or eight entered over the coming week. Lots of points needed!

Good Luck with all your comp selections and any bets.

I don’t know what it is with me and laptops. My lenovo won’t take a charge off my charger and it’s dead now. The charger charges my phone so I think it’s got to be something with my laptop. I give up

Marjorie and I are doing not bad Andre.my knee has improved although I’m still waiting for the result of the X-ray, which is ridiculous after a couple of weeks. I’m going for a pile of blood tests tomorrow (29th) apparently my red blood cells are too big and Marjorie is going to ENT tomorrow re a throat problem. At least my 2 month long chest infection is clearing up after discovering what the infection was, so that’s sowing. As Ian Dury would have said “reasons to be cheerful” 😀

I hope you and your family are all keeping well. I’m so pleased that Louise is finally seeing light at the end of the tunnel. Jac must be so relieved.

Keep on buggering on as Churchill was known to say. Not a lot else for it

Been a bit quiet today mourning the loss of Shiskin, feel a bit numb about it all such shocking news, feel for all at Seven Barrows tonight.💔

Sounds like you still have a lot going on Graham. Hopefully you and Marjorie can see some progress after your next round of doctor visits, etc. Sorry about your laptop problems – I have a Lenovo as well – it’s been good to me (knock on wood).

So happy Louise is home with Oscar and Wilson!

Things are going well here. Been retired a month and the time has flown bye! Heading to Florida next Monday for about ten days.

    Sad news about Shiskin

I need to get my Godolphin stable entered & last big NH festival at Punchestown this weekend.

Take Care All & Good Luck with any bets.
