Yes joined at the hip Graham and Andre 2990 points is not that far behind :good:

I still can’t fathom out how the front runners do it having swapoed over 30 horses already..suppose they will just crash and burn out in the later months.

Anyway with all our swaps in place I think that’s a great effort so pats on the back all round.. :good: Jac

I put this in the 1000 Guineas thread but thought I’d copy it here too……..

I put Concert hall up in the ante post thread at 16s, she’s 12s now but
    has a decent chance.

I sifted through all the races last night and I think that Lady Of
Inishfree was unlucky in a couple of her early races, and last time out
she made as much ground as the winner (History) except from last place
and finished 6th. A Poor start out the stalls didn’t help her. If she can
break a bit better she seems a bit big at 100/1, or 80/1 5 places (a better
    bet I reckon) with Skybet.

    Concert Hall 12/1

Lady Of Inishfree 100/1 4 places or 80/1 5 places with Skybet.

Concert Hall was at least 3rd so no damage there. Lady Of Inisham
couldnt quite get there, finished 9th.

Got to have an e/w on Big Gossey 20/1 5 places 4.20 Curragh.
Did me a favour at a huge price before and was 3rd last time out.

At my daughter’s all day tomorrow and then have to think about the TRF Ten To Follow :mail: and getting the Godolphin Leaderboard up to date.. :good:
    Best of luck to all..

Thanks Jac, put him up in the ante post, but the wrong race.
It’s the chance you take

I thought he was going to win even in the final furlong. He
won on his side but the other side came through strong. Anyway
5th place will do nicely :good:

I’m on 2740 (536th). No plans to swap before Epsom and doubt any of mine will run before then so that’s probably it for now (though I have a couple of American horses so possible they might)

    Hello to everyone

I had to make a swap to put right my error of not including
Native Trail in my original 10.

So I managed to score 500 Points with the victory of Native Trail
on Saturday. Now have 2660 Points and a rank of 606.

I have some possible runners at Epsom so Royal Ascot should be the
    time for next swap.

In the meantime the task is to get an entry for the Tote Ten To Follow
which is now open up and running. My Lucky Pin will need to do a good job
over the next 10 days or so :yahoo:

    Stay well and safe. :bye:

The TTTF (flat) is now open John, so get your lucky pin out :good:

All the entry information is within the TTTF(flat) thread in
    the Competitions thread.

Very best of luck to everyone :good:

As promised here is the updated Leaderboard with points so far and
    ever changing positions.

Graham and I have managed to both gain the same number of points mainly from the runners at the Newmarket Guineas Meeting which kicked off the competition and it looks like several of those will be running again at the Epsom Derby Meeting. :good:

Most of us still have 5 swaps still in place apart from John who had to use one one of his swaps to include Native Trail winner of the Irish Guineas on Saturday..hope he carries on winning for you John and a welcome 500 points bagged. :good:

Catherine … Thanks for the update and best of luck with your American runners. :good:

Great News that the TTTF flat competition is open for business and I will be there early next week Graham.I have 7 definites for my team but the final three are proving the hardest to decide upon. One or two are running this week so will finalise my stable then.

With the competition starting so late and with so many horses that were ‘dark’ now shining out like beacons it could be that we will all end up with very similar stables  I’d like to make my last 3 horses a little bit less obvious but fear that might not happen.

Good luck to all taking part and a big thank you once again to you Graham for running the TRF comp. :yahoo: Jac

Thanks Jac, and you’re absolutely right. Anyone who has used 30 horses in
the Godolphin Compy at this stage hasn’t got an earthly chance of being there
at the end. I reckon all things considered we’ve done quite well.

I know what you mean about the danger of ending up with much the same horses
in the TTTF(flat), but at the moment, barring 2 or 3 you simply can’t miss out,
the 4 stables in have quite a few differences. Plenty time for you to get your
ten sorted out. Bear in mind you can stick in a stable and change your 10 as many
times as you like before the competition starts.

Really looking forward to the flat season, I can’t say my jumps season was one of
my best, aalthough I thoroughly enjoyed it.

I’m going to have one more go at the Tote and see if I can get them to consider
a Leagues of Leagues. I’d love to think we would have a good shout there.

Good luck to all in both the Godolphin and the TTTF competitions :good:

I’ll be having a few quid on Whatsnotoknow in the 7.15 at Wexford tonight.
I clocked him running a very decent race in the Pertemps at the festival
where he was right up there but tired in the last furlong or 2 to finish
    7th.

He hasn’t won for a couple of years, but he’s down 7lbs from that run.
I think that’s got to make him competitive.

    7.15 Wexford – Whatsnotoknow 100/30.

Thanks Nathan I’ve updated your score. :good:
Still lots of time for all of us and only 650 points between 1st and last in our little comp at the moment.

Yep it was a shame with Whatsnotoknow Jac. All the right signs were there,
I got him at 100/30 in the early hours. By morning he was all blue and ended
up going off 11/8 fav. He was going well up front, I thought he had them on
the run behind him, but he clouted a couple turning for home and that took the
sting out of him, he quickly downed tools and that was that.

Not too woried as I had a reasonable weekend and still got a bit of a bank
    to work with. :good:

Hello everyone, hope you’re doing well :good:

Good luck with all your bets and in the comps today. The first round games in the Daylight Cup are always exciting – we are all in with a chance! Hopefully one of us (at least) will have a good cup run.

It’s a three day weekend here in the US, which is nice. I’ll get to spend some time with my daughter and son tomorrow as we’re celebrating my Father-in-Laws 91st birthday.

    Stay Safe Everyone!
