Graham, unfortunately you never write up your stakes, which is quite understandable to me, as not everyone needs to know :bye: I hope you are not only doing these sensational bets “for fun”, but also to lump on those filthy bookies :good:

Just read John’s sad notice above about the death of Quorto on the gallops today.

How we were all looking forward to him coming back but in reality he only ever ran and won 3 times and was bugged by injury.

It just wasn’t meant to be for this beautiful son of Dubawi.
    RIP Quorto

Okay, now I will oblige myself for tomorrow:
My only bet at devastating Newmarket (sorry, Jac!) will be Dandalla!
I picked her at Ascot and will stick to her, ideally the bookies will play their usual lousy games to let her drift to 13/8 or something, so I will wait until right before the start! The more nosy Lydia and one of the Dixon brothers will talk negative about her, the better for me  So go for it, Ben :good:

Win or lose (as Quo once sang :good: ), after Dandalla’s run I will stick to my guns on home soil :bye:
Precisely I will watch out for some serious chances for Mr Murzabayev, who for me is our greatest rider since Mr Peter Schiergen, which means for the last 25 years :good:

I can assure you Hein I don’t let the bookies off if I fancy one. I split my bet for Rose Of kildare
with Bet365 14/1 and Paddy Power12/1. I bet it again on PP as I did a double with Troubador at 12/1
but unfortunately that didn’t come off. Bet365’s system wont allow you to copy and paste your betslip
but here’s the Paddy power side of it

Thank you so much for revealing this Graham, then I’m clearly in the picture that you kicked those bookies’ butts black and blue :good: , which hopefully also applied to our former dude called “Lost Soldier” who claimed to be working for PP and who seriously tried to trick and cheat on us (similar to frickin’ Mr Holding :negative: ). But then I even took my heart in my hands to state he was a liar, cheater and betrayer, and so he was never seen again here :bye:
By the way, have you spent some thought about our German derby on Sunday?
At least I would so much appreciate your thoughts, even if I must tell you it’s quite a lethal one with 19 runners  I only play a decent place bet (which is possible with my racebets, no each way bull or something) on Grocer Jack with my second fave rider Marco Casamento, but he really needs a good start :good:

Hallo Leute (Hi folks) I’ve got a little something for you, as currently I’m losing sleep, so here we go:
It’s a little cover from a famous 70ies song, but you will easily recognise it:
Are you ready Jac, Nate, Graham,
all right fellows, let’s goooo :bye: !

Thanks for that Hein :good: and well done for getting it right Graham.

Expect you are now out rowing Hein while Graham runs his expert eye over German form. The form Graham is in you could have no better person on your side :good:
Terrific results on the golf and racing it seems your dream golf trip in the USA is becoming more of a reality now.

    Good luck today..Jac :rose:

Then I’m already excited on your views :good:

My competition with my racing friend continues and she is slightly ahead having chosen EW on Rose Of Kildare yesterday.

I have had to include 2 horses over the jumps  as our compy is based on ITV7 races..lots of non runners so not so inspiring today but I am definitely a Dandalla fan and think herself and Terrebellum represent a great double today albeit skinny prices.

    ITV Races

    Newmarket

    1.50 .. Presidential
    2.35 .. Dandalla
    3.00 .. Reshoun and Ghostwatch
    3.35 .. Global Storm
    4 10 .. Terebellum **Nap**

    Market Rasen

    2.05 .. Dino Velvet
    2.40 .. Lough Derg Spirit

    Good luck :bye:

Jac, you were a second quicker than me :bye:
You’re oh so right, as I already know there is just no better expert than our Big Graham :good: , he will probably spot one long shot I myself haven’t even dreamed of
Rowing will take place in the afternoon, rowing double is intended, unfortunately my partner is half my age but physically a bit vulnarable

Its looking like it could be a good duel between Timescale and Dandalla
I’m on Timescale at 11/4 but the non runners and rule 4 is becoming quite frustrating this week
Terrebellum looks a good thing Jac, GOOD luck… :bye:

Had a look through them in the Deutshes Derby Hein, it’s quite a tricky race as you say. Obviously
there is a good case that can be made for the favourite Wonderful Moon. He beat your fancy Grocer
Jack fair and square 1st time they met in May, but there wasn’t that much between them next time out.
At the odds I can see why you would back Grocer Jack for a place, he’s consistant and looks to be
improving. The 2 that catch my eye are Dicaprio who ran away from them in the Derby Trial at Munich.
He is by a very decent german sire, Adlerflug, who himself won the Deutshes Derby. He’s obviously
open to improvement, but I’m not sure how the draw works out there, but he’s drawn out in the car
park in stall 17. The one that I’m most drawn to is In Swoop 11/1 with Racebets. He’s an
invader from France with German connections as he is also by Adlerflug. the Dam’s side doesn’t
let the side down either. She (lota) was a winner of the Group 1 Pres der Diana over 11f at Hamburg.
In Swoop was a well fancied favourite in his Maiden at Lyon Parilly, and won well partnered by my
very good friend Pierre-Charles Boudot, who saved my skin with Fancy blue in the French 1000 guineas.
His next race he was 3rd in a Group 2 at Lyon Parilly, but I’ve watched the race and he was very unlucky.
You could see he had a lot of horse under him but got got in traffic just when it mattered. He ran
on well but was always hemmed in. You can watch the race here (red with blue sleeves and black cap) ……..

He’s not quite a big outsider at 11/1, but he’s my idea of the winner. If i had to pick one of
the bigger prices, I suppose Kaspar at 33s might just sneak a place.

I can’t get a bet on In Swoop yet, the market isn’t up here, I used to have an account with
Racebets, but they decided they didn’t want my custom anymore
I’ll no doubt get a bet on tomorrow or on the day

Very best of luck Hein :good:

Thank you very much, my mate :bye: , as RightsaidFred once sang  (you know i’m a little music box?!) That looks a decent analysis of our Derby, let me say one or two things: She was probably a typing error about WM, as there are only colts in it. With Adlerflug`s I have had my problems for years, as the only thing they can do is cope with soft ground :good: , but for me they are lacking class. Particularly the owner of LeonardodiCaprio, Mr Holschbach is always cursed in our bigger races to buy the wrong ones, so I wouldn’t go for them.
WM is madly short and as I already wrote elsewhere for me he’s a typical bookie trap, as his dam side is lacking stamina. Our recently dominant rider Mr Murzabayev is on a (for me) hopeless one called Soul Train, you probably remember how he beat my Adrian  , but for me this was a classic fluke as Mr Starke gave him a mild penalty to aim at :negative:
So for me only Grocer Jack is remaining, but of course in such a big field so much can happen, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to have a bet here

Ah, not to forget your In Swoop: The classic comment on him would probably be “could be anything” I found his French forms “nothing to write home about”
So Marco, don’t wet your pants and give your colt a good position to work from :good:
