Always like a go in this, and five of them appeal right now……
Dreaming Blue is a horse I like, and I’m interested in him near back to his winning mark from Ludlow. Not surprised that Gustavian is near the head of the market. Nice horse, and should be winning soon
O’Connell has been really impressive when winning the last twice, and though up 9lbs, he’s very hard to rule out. I reckon 8’s is fair
Escaria Ten is a horse I’ve always liked, and after his decent run at Cheltenham, he should remain competitive. Main problem with him right now is that he holds two other entries
The outsider of the field is Pats Fancy, but I’m interested in him here. Thought he’d be capable of something like this, before the issues which have kept him off the track. Looks to have a decent jockey booking, and I’ve resisted betting him tonight at 25’s, though I was very close.
Gun to head it would be O’Connell or Pats Fancy right now, but I’ve held off
Edit
Just went with O’Connell, and will probably have Escaria Ten as well
Escaria Ten 22’s EW 4Pls
O’Connell 6’sJanuary 31, 2025 at 19:53 #1719260I’m happy with 16-1 Pats Fancy in this
February 1, 2025 at 10:37 #1719339Shan Blue e.w , he’s getting frustrating but the fact Skelton is still trying makes me think he’s showing something at home
February 1, 2025 at 10:43 #1719343I like Gustavian in this at 11-2, and I just give him the nod over Shan Blue
February 1, 2025 at 12:34 #1719381Gustavian 11/2.
The more I know the less I understand.
February 2, 2025 at 11:44 #1719600That had to be one of my worst bets of the season so far. I know that fitness wasn’t guaranteed, but it was still a deflating bet
Well done vtc with your duo
