Tempted by Scheffler 7/2 with P Power; paid up if >3 strokes ahead at the end of any round. Enjoy watching golf, but the endless droning on about the history of the Masters and magnolia Lane and the bombastic music is painful. I usually record it and watch it ~30 mins behind so I can fast-forward through the waffle

You have a point about the number of breaks they have befair, and the music
they play at that time is just intolerable. It’s a huge pity, I reckon my
only way round it is to go there one year. Not sure about walking round the
course though with my dodgey knees, and just about everything else. I’d
have to take a seat, and what if someone pinched it when you had to go to
the loo, and you do a lot on water tablets.

On 2nd thoughts I’ll maybe just have to put up with the music and be quick
on the remote.

Always have a masters bet. Hard to ignore SCHEFFLER at 9/2, he’s just so damn consistent so had a small play on him. My slightly bigger bet is for MATT FITZPATRICK top 20 finish at 13/10. Just now coming into form at the right time for this. He was Tied 14th last year and tied 10th in 2022, maybe I should have been less of a pussycat and backed him at 10/3 for top 10 but whatevrrr.
Also a runt rabbit free bet on Scheffler and Rahm to finish top 5 at 9’s.

I can’t work out why Matt Fitzpatrick is 110/1 for 1st round leader
when 2 under after 8 and leader is 4 under. I’ve taken that e/w 3 places

Unfortunate to drop a shot straight after your bet but he is playing well, got that shot back after a beauty of a 2nd shot on the 11th. Bit windy out there.

I jinxed it by falling asleep. Was 4 under at the time, woke up to him having dropped 3.
Tied 17 so no worry but keep it steady fitzy.
No surprise to see the Chef in the slipstream, already regretting not putting a top 5 bet on.
