Mythology suggests that this is one for the poor punters but believe me if you back this one it will surely be a case of robbing from the poor to give to the rich:

    Well done sheriff Ken. :D

Did they think the horse would win? Should of ran at Nottingham.

Hiya Nathan, a lucky guess I suppose. Just before the off it was backed as though defeat was out of the question. I’ve never tried this lay-betting lark and I don’t know whether it’s something that appeals to you? I don’t know what it is but I seem to have far more success spotting losers than winners. Perhaps that’s the road I should go down if I’m ever to make money at this game. Any thoughts welcome.
    Cheers
    Ken

Day to day lay betting has never appealed to me but it certainly can come in handy. I backed Gretna at about 40/1 to win the Scottish Cup one year for a fiver stake and somehow not only did they get to the final but took Hearts to Penalty’s. I didn’t know much about lay betting then but they would of been about evens at that point, needless to say they lost. :(

Give it a paper trail on here Ken and see how it pans out for you, good luck anyway.

PS. have you caught the strawberry thief yet?
