Fatally injured yesterday at Chepstow
February 24, 2013 at 10:42 #430409I watched the race and knew something was wrong – so very sad.
February 24, 2013 at 16:19 #430434Surprised to see it on the ATR review this morning. They normally edit fatalities out these days. Sad to see the horse’s connections pelting down the trackside to go and rescue their stricken horse.

RIP
February 25, 2013 at 18:42 #430535RIP Malin Head
..How dreadful that your tragic accident had to be shown again, I think it’s a disgrace on ATR’s part to show no dignity to the horse and his owners. I hope this doesn’t become the norm, it’s the least we can do to show the poor horse a little respect.

Actually I was quite impressed by the genuine concern & distress of the commentator when he saw Malin Head’s injury.
A real shame, lovely horse, with a proper jumping pedigree.
Thinking of all the staff & the owners.February 25, 2013 at 21:50 #430547
