Favourite African Skies looks good value at 11/4 on BF. She had an unlucky passage in the Albany at Ascot in June and Kevin Ryan’s charge appears to have progressed a lot on her third outing to win the Princess Margaret there in July. An early foal and bred for fast conditions she has a winner’s profile.
MD, Fav was backed into 7/4 from 5/2 so it wasn’t unfancied.
I havn’t seen seen the race yet. Another disappointing perfomance.

Supported all along, and still disappointed! That is a serious shame.
Took the option of Penny’s Gift today after previous statements from Hannon, prior to the recent thrashing in the Newbury Super Sprint, stating that Penny’s Gift was a star in the making.
The trip definitely suits and I’d be somewhat intregued to see where Richard Hannon sends Penny’s Gift next.
