But I think I have found a live one. Would be interested in Anti Post Kings speed figure for Cherry Tiger’s run in its last race at Wolverhampton 19:50 October 11th a race it was hampered in the final furlong but still a decent run compared to recent showings.
Cherry finished 5 3/4 lengths behind the winner in 7th place. Money was misplaced as was backed from 20s into 7s throughout the day.
Tomorrow Cherry is entered in the last race at Royal Windsor 16:30 and stepped up in trip, from a very favourable high draw could it be the day?
last decent run on turf was earlier in year when 3rd to Diletta Tommasa who subsequently went on to beat B Llewelyn’s Gift of Silence who is now rated 73.
Soft, good to soft in places for tomorrow’s run won’t be a problem as Cherry finished a reasonable 3rd this time last year in a race at Yarmouth of a mark of 58.
Finally Cherry has been dropped a further 2lbs to 53 since his last run and tomorrow’s race is certainly weaker, at what is likely a double figure price I will be taking my chance with a reasonable each way bet.
