Yeah, look at some of the past 20 fatalities at this track. About 70% of them are NOT related to a fall, but to bad ground or the unforgiving obstacles. You meet them wrong and you’re in more trouble than at Cheltenham, Sandown or Aintree.
This is just awful, the number of horses dying of ‘fatal injuries’ this year, sometimes on the track, often on the gallops. What on earth is going on? There is just a never ending stream of lost horses right now. So, so sad.
