Well done to all the each way players on Majestic and Empirestatemind if your bookie paid 7th place like Mike’s did.

More disappointment for the Crisford’s with Awaal who ran a cracking race I thought he had that Chivers.

My Al Mubhir (5th) was running freely in the race and on that ground he must have burned himself out, Montassib also disappointing so no ‘Happy Haggis’ today.

Wanees backers were disappointed as he finished out the back door with Haggis’s Montassib and Hannon’s Witch Hunter all three drawn 20, 21 and 22.

Good luck with that place Spring Double Green.. :good:

Three black advantage cards and Dark Warrior still couldn’t win it for me.

I liked the red horses best. Marmaduke Jinks, Leonidas II and Overcoat.

I noticed last week that the Irish version is still named the Irish Lincolnshire, not Lincoln. A reminder that when the Curragh race was first established, the English race was still the Lincolnshire run at the Carholme in Lincoln.

I cannot find my Totopoly game. I assume it must be in the attic in my parents house.

The white disadvantage cards were a pain. Didn’t you have to use them all up in the race to avoid being disqualified?

“The white disadvantage cards were a pain.”

    I’d forgotten about those.

It was the most superb game – once I discovered it, Monopoly never got a look on again.
