The one that I’ve had in mind for this for a while is Wanees. He
won 3 in a row and then unfortunately for him he had to sit behind
a wall of horses in the Britania at Ascot. When eventually he saw
some daylight he made good progress into 6th. The 10f at Goodwood
was a tad to far and he got squeezed onto the rails when tiring up
front 2 out and pulled back to finish down the field.Back at 8f at Haydock in September he won well last time out He
travels well and has a real kick when he needs it. I fancy his
chancesWanees 14/1 Bet365
March 22, 2023 at 10:14 #1640911I saw Wanees win the Esher Cup at Sandown Park last April – nice horse with a turn of foot.

and when Crowley pushed the button he took off
and won well. He looks the type for this. I reckon
he’ll be in single figures if he turns up here.March 22, 2023 at 11:08 #1640923I agree, BigG.

Al mubhir 8/1My two against the field
They fit a lot of the trends for the race
March 22, 2023 at 13:17 #1640939In reality, I’m waiting on the draw – I’d rather have a bigger bet at shorter odds on one that can actually win it.

Until last year when I bet discounting all the low drawn horses
And then the low drawn horses filled 6 of the first 7 places
March 22, 2023 at 14:25 #1640956If he gets in, and the draw is ok, then it has to be Majestic.
Defo no bet until entry is confirmed.March 22, 2023 at 14:27 #1640957I might even wait to see how the Spring Mile pans out tbh.

Also added Air To Air in the lead up
Air To Air 33’s
Empirestateofmind 40’s EW 5plsMarch 23, 2023 at 00:07 #1641019I’m going for…
Unforgotten – 16/1
Much better than his last race where he dwelt at the start and was going his best at the finish but not given a hard time he should be bang on for this.
Unforgotten (Exceed And Excel) has never been out of the first 2 in all his races and never higher odds than 11/4 and that’s why the 16/1 is so appealing.
Hopefully he makes the cut and James Doyle takes the ride.
JacThings turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...March 23, 2023 at 13:25 #1641041I’ll go with an ap in this, and hope for the best that he makes it.
I didn’t quite get the 14’s BigG, but I’ll join in with 10-1 Wanees
It’s quite possible that Majestic hit his peak at Newmarket, but he’s looking like being my second selection here if he is declared. I can see him being bigger than current 14’s, so I’ll bide my time
March 23, 2023 at 18:03 #1641088Well done getting in for the 10s SS, best priced 6/1 now.

Wanees still at 10s with 365
March 23, 2023 at 19:07 #1641103And with everyone else Wilts, don’t know what the hell I was thinking about
March 24, 2023 at 00:21 #1641141Worryingly Unforgotten has disappeared from the Lincoln betting on Paddy Powers website although he is still being offered by all the other bookmakers.
Luckily I haven’t backed him yet.Does anybody know or possibly heard that he may not be running.
