    Went to the point to point at Godstone on Sunday. Dreadful conditions.
    Le Burf won the 3rd race but then sadly collapsed and died. He won by over 30 lengths in the fastest time all day. I did wonder if he really needed to be pushed quite so hard when winning by such a distance in horrible conditions.
    RIP Le Burf – you gave your all.

    Was really saddened to read this. Wasn’t he a bit of a Sandown [?] specialist, albeit in a being placed sort of way?

    RIP Le Burf Brave Boy..you gave your all, hard to believe that someone could push a horse so much when he is winning so easily. :cry: :cry:
