    Can’t speak for others but what is being inferred is that it was a "job horse" as certain TV presenters would say.<br>Shame to see any horse go like that though.

    Very, very sad seeing a grand old horse like Lafi sustaining such a bad injury. It reminded me of the Breeders’ Cup one year when one of the sprinters broke a leg. I think it was Mr Brooks with Lester on board.
