(3:00) 308E Ladbrokes.com S’chase (Grade 2)
€32,550.00 ( 2m 4f – 5yo+ )1 Forpadydeplasterer(156) (TCooper) – BJGeraghty 11,12
2 Herecomesthetruth (PFNicholls in GB) – CWilliams 11,12
3 Siegemaster (DTHughes) – DNRussell 11,10
4 Good Fella (PMooney) – MFMooney 11,05
5 Saddler’s Native(116) (POBrady) – JLCullen 11,01Competitive little race. Forpadydeplasterer is using it as a prep for the Tingle Creek so Siegemaster’s advantage of race fitness might just swing this his way. The Nicholls horse is a bit of a rogue and I wouldn’t put any trust in him without Ruby’s assistance.

November 6, 2009 at 21:59 #257512I don’t know. Spent all last season backing Siegemaster and the fences kept getting in the way. If Forpady is to be competitive in the Tingle Creek he needs to be competitive here and if within a stone of his best he should win.
November 7, 2009 at 15:17 #257622I don’t think Tom Cooper will be that disappointed with Forpadydeplasterer there. The ground was against him and he didn’t jump out of it with his usual fluency at all. He should be seen to much better effect on a decent surface at Sandown.
I didn’t think the Nicholls horse would be capable of that performance. Wonder if he’ll bring him back over for the John Durkan. He looks made for it.
