If only the rest had been written in such a nice mannerly fashion. A facade only wears for so long I suppose. The Coolmore operation has kept the thoroughbred racing dominance in Europe for the last twenty years so I guess it earns the jealousy of Yorkshire at least if not more! They have supplied the stars for Newmarket, Epsom and Ascot for as long as I care to remember. However I agree that those running in the King George this year probably ran to fill out the field since they will support racing one way or the other.Their best three year olds have already got group one wins under their belt this year and they took on Sea the Stars with their third string in the Eclipse. Pity ,he probably would have won yesterday on a line through the winner.

I only heard of Dynaformer recently on this site; can I have more information about him?

It’s interesting that he’s been a leading sire only for the past 5 or so years, given that he’s now 24. I presume that, as his progeny seem to get better with age it took a while for people to realise how good he was?
