Little more than a piece of work this morning:
He’s obliterated the course record, under hand riding, on his seasonal reappearance, while giving twenty pounds to all of his rivals.
Another course record 1:06.11, almost 1 second faster than old record set by himself.
Hes a stone cold certainty to win The Everest , Tempted looked good Saturday at Randwick but they will all be chasing shadows . Unreal today fresh .

There’s no such thing as a certainty in racing, as we all know. However, Tempted won a Group Two today and has a highest RPR (we’ll use that, given that international official ratings are suspect, at best) of 116. KYR has a highest RPR (before today) of 138.
Tempted could start now and wouldn’t beat him.
There was talk of a match race at some point with Autumn Glow over 1400 or 1600 , shes 12 from 13, multiple Grp1 , but even up in trip I cannot see her getting within 2 lengths .
Just 1 more point on the record time.
3 more class records were created yesterday. There are reports about new turf materials around the home bend (800m to 400m section). This may help to generate some fast time.
Drawn 11 , Randwick Heavy 8 monent and weather looks iffy next few days , not such a shoe in no more , iam probably going to have a bit on Tempted to roll him.
