    A record for me starting 2 threads in one day, this one concerns Jaganory in the 1:20 at Leafy yesterday. It was Evens fav. after a prominent all the way success last time out.

    Yesterday, it broke well at which John Egan tries to pull it’s head off. He’s looking at the other jockeys going round the first bend as if to say "please go past." He is then running up other horses bums until the home bend when a nice gap opens but rather than go for it he has a few last bum sniffs before finally being steered into open space and ending up beat. What a stinker.

    Corm’s right – Jaganory didn’t win its previous race. In fact, he tried to make the running, burned himself out and faded away in the final furlong. You can’t blame them for trying different tactics.
