October 15, 2016 at 15:59 #1267328JC Rouget deserves that. What a year he has had.
Ryan Moore first champions day winner on Minding. That was surprising.
Only regret today was not backing Journey. No idea why I didn’t have a go, very annoyed by that.
Great stuff, thanks for setting this up peoples
October 15, 2016 at 16:02 #1267330Bad result for me but not that bad for TRF
Not good for me. Second winner for Euronymous!

Make that three, and a nap too!
Euronymous is too good.
It’s official, Euronymous has a crystal ball. Even knows when his selection is going to be a non-runner, selection replaced by the favourite – who wins. Four winners and counting…

I got a thrashing, David. Am just thankful it wasn’t Reet Hard.

That would’ve been painful!

Great competition DG and Nathan, enjoyed it despite my -6 total.
Well done to all our TRF winners (good job there’s some good judges on here) in fact all the winners at both forums. Particularly Chestnut and Euronymous.

October 15, 2016 at 17:16 #1267349Glad I could contribute a point to the team. Amazing how just by entering a competition how nerve wracking it is. Just a pity about Tulius in the Balmoral. Desperately unlucky. How’s about a breeders cup competition. Can’t wait for that now.
October 15, 2016 at 18:15 #1267365Three points mickey, don’t do yourself down
October 15, 2016 at 18:24 #1267369Many thanks Nathan and DG, that was an enjoyable afternoon. It’s amazing how your get
caught up in it, because it’s a team. I knew I was up going into the last, I had picked
GM Hopkins, but from start to finish I had only eyes for Firmament, my opponents horse.
I had no idea where mine finished or how it ran….and I had money on it!!
When Chestnut won the 1st, Mrs Big G nearly jumped out her seat when I let out a cheer.
I’m having to have a lie down, with a large G&T though
Well done all TRF’ers , commiserations and many thanks to TH for being good sports and
hope we can run it again next year
