    They acted on the tip off and found it was true but only after the horse was put down.Nobody can afford to stake their reputation on tipoffs.Very sad the horse had to be put down to find out but such is life.Perhaps Mr. Johnson’s fine could go to a charity for injured horses.

    perhaps if the bha acted when they got the
    tip off the horse would be alive….
