Very interesting in the Gold Cup this afternoon.
All the runners were held back in the pre-parade ring, then when they were all ready, they came into the parade ring in racecard order.
An interesting precedent.
There was a total change in attitude by Coolmore as well; interviews with John Magnier; interviews with Aidan O’Brien where he actually talked….all credit to them for realising how upset people were after the Derby and doing everything they could to make amends. Also good to see them so emotional afterwards. Glad the fairytale came true for them.
