    Sprinter Hogmaneigh has been euthanised due to recurring hoof problems as per Racing Post.

    Bajan Parkes – went wrong, pulled up, injured in a hurdle race at Bangor-On-Dee tonight (19/7)

    Bajan Parkes was well on his way to a first hurdle success only to break down just before the final flight. Terrible to lose any horse, but to have the euphoria of an impending victory replaced by heartbreak in a matter of strides must be truly, truly awful.

    My condolences to connections, particularly owner / breeder Joseph Heler.

    Rest In Peace, Bajan Parkes and Hogmaneigh – a wonderful old sprinter.
