I was being sarcastic – if ptp want to attract the general betting public they need to deliver a product the betting product can have confidence in.

They barely broke out of a canter the first circuit yet one pulls up after the first and another after less than a mile – were they actually sound enough to be on a racecourse in the first place?

I’m sure they’d have liked more runners in the race, but that’s not what ptp is really all about.
