I’ve bet Editeur Du Gite a few times, including in The Desert Orchid. He disappointed again, but the 5lb swing tomorrow, albeit justified, is enough fir me to have a small interest.

I split stakes in The Desert Orchid with Sans Bruit, who emptied out quickly again. I’d promised after the previous time I backed him, not to bet him again, so none too happy with betting him at Kempton. He’s frustrating, because I thought his run in The Haldon Gold Cup was fine, but can’t justify him tomorrow. Watch him romp it
