Shoulders top weight in the last at Goodwood tomorrow and is favourite in the overnight prices.
Someone clearly retains the faith.
Someone I miss (though I don’t think he can have too many complaints about his red card), because I thought we personally had good banter here, will surely be rooting for Goshen on the Sussex Downs tomorrow.
I, however, wouldn’t back Goshen with someone else’s money.

We never know how quirky he might be around this track, but going right-handed for the most part of the race could be in his favour.

Re the aforementioned missing poster, if he should happen to be reading this, then I’d like to say that I too miss his often very witty contributions, and I hope he is doing well.
I’d emphasise this is not a comment on his being blocked or any events that led up to this. I just wanted to say I hope he is doing OK.

Nobody reports it, it just happens.All of Goshen’s 3 flat wins have been by decent margins. It is the longest flat trip he’s attempted to win, going past the 14f he has won over twice.
Its not much of a price but he’ll love not having to think about jumping hurdles. He’ll love rolling downhill and looks potentially the class horse in this race having competed at such a decent level in national hunt.
He can have my two quid.
Then he can go to ascot!Anyone who backed that horse at odds on should just set up a direct debit payable to a bookmaker and cut out the middle man.
This is a case where an affordability check would make sense prior to the start of the race.

Nathan’s post shows a lot of class. In view of his stance therein it would be good if a way could be found to reinstate TTC. He could be cast as the Prodigal Son. It’ll give us all a chance to eat some fatted calf sandwiches.

Maybe there’s something wrong with Goshen that medical science can’t fathom. It’s happened before.
