I agree. No point running him there.
Deutsche went for home too early but made no difference the winner was travelling supremely throughout.
The more I know the less I understand.
Its nice to see a Gold Cup winners who’s danced every dance this season too. Feels like Corach might have had a hard race there with Aintree in mind. He did last year but went to Aintree like a stone well in.
I wouldn’t want to see any of them this season , I really hope Corach doesn’t go to Aintree , he ran himself into the ground
Pick 3 on Saturday champion 2025/2026
Probably the best complete round of jumping he has put in – I can only remember one that he had to reach for and other than that it was the riderless Fastorslow that caused most problems. But that jump at the last was mega.
I really do hope that they don’t run him again this season as that was real hard work on that ground especially considering he was up on the front end from the start…..shocking to see how quickly they all went to the first though.
