Why do the Godolphin horses in France wear the beige silks of Godolphin SNC? Does anyone know what the SNC stands for and if all the Sheikhs horses trained by Andre Fabre will now carry these or just in Group 1’s? Personally i like them reminds me of the Loder days ha
SNC = Société en Nom Collectif – separate entity but "see through" for tax purposes and the (minimum two) gérants (who must also be commercants) have joint and several liability.
nearest approximation under English law would be a cross between an LLP and a general partnership.
