Hope Peace And Co doesn’t turn in to another Henderson hard puller (My Tent Or Yours). Do think – unless it’s a breathing issue – Paddy Power have pushed him out way too far @ 20/1 for March! Trainer seems to reckon came back with a nick on the leg which lit Peace And Co up. Doubt that was the biggest factor myself. May always want a truly run race and/or bigger field to be restrained behind, needs anchoring. More likely to get that in the Champion (possibly with Top Notch as pacemaker?) than a small field conditions race; and on the way there… the Betfair Hurdle!?

If you really believe then surely you have taken advantage of the wonderful generosity of Paddy Power? Don’t think that they have been knocked over?

Am already on P&C for the Champion Stilvi. As said, am a little concerned about his breathing; but they’re testing that out in the next couple of days. Once that’s been given the all clear – and if still 20’s – I’ll go in again.
EDIT: I see the 20’s has already gone.

Have to confess that is not something i was really aware of raymo. Would you know
if that`s because punters latch onto it which has an effect on the pool or totepool coupling them in some way?December 14, 2015 at 22:19 #1225938I think it is because the amount placed on the trainers two is disproportionate to the pool and creates a false dividend.
Pool betting is random at the best of times but I find the exacta will pay more if an outsider or non favourite is placed.
Also you sometimes find that if something is well backed the forecast is automatically lessened because of the price but the exacta may not be affected to the same extent
