Wish I hadn’t made Fastorslow a main bet.
Sorry, Did not know at the time of the bet he’d had a breathing operation since his good second to Galopin Des Champs. So just what he will be capable of now – there must have been a reason for the op – and how well he is going at home? I guess the market will tell us more. A lack of confidence might see him drift like a barge. Just what chance he has is difficult to know, so decided to take a bit of a hit now, by laying it back (at bigger than the price I originally took)… to become just a saver.

If backing Bravemansgame you might want to wait until we know how much rain falls between now and off time. As last year’s second on officially “soft” was (judged by the race time) only good-soft. May not stay the trip in the mud.

    ^ At last some liquidity.
I must have been an hour waiting to be able to put all that Monkfish bet up.

…And now all the 19 has gone.
tbh With what they said about Monkfish on ITV, the “minimum” odds is reduced to 16…
    So still some value available.

I’ve drastically reduced most of my Bravesmansgame bet because he hasn’t shown his best on heavy and was a non runner in the Browns Advisory, as well as imo suspect stamina on very soft ground.

Monkfish needs to improve on his chase form, but hasn’t had much racing over fences so is unexposed… And ran close to his best hurdle form – so should be able to show his form today. He stays all day and will conditions.

Nasssalam’s Welsh National form is good, will need to improve again, but has conditions very much in his favour. I would have put him up as a main bet too, but Garry Moore’s recent form figures are similar to Hendo. That said, they’ve been outsiders so it could just be that. So want to cover him.

With all the liquidity on L’Homme Presse, I take it he’s Pricewise? Ruined the price for me. :mail:
